Our in-depth design services include a comprehensive visual plan to be carried out throughout the entire event experience. Following our initial appointment, our event specialists will create an extensive vision board which will serve as the first building block to your wedding design. We will recommend a professional team that will be able to bring your entire vision to life and we will continue to collaborate with them throughout the planning experience. We will work with your vendors to create a tablescape which will allow you to smell, touch and visualize the final look and, of course, our team will be on-site on your wedding day to ensure your design is executed to perfection.

Our final meeting will take place at our shop 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding date. We will send you a questionnaire before our meeting to ensure we have all of your wedding day logistics!

There are plenty of florists who do weddings in Cincinnati, but Robin Wood Flowers stands out as the best. They listen to what the bride wants, they are innovative, they will take up the challenge to do something new. My daughter's wedding flowers were absolutely spectacular from the ceremony to the cocktail hour and then the reception. Some of the adjectives our guests used to describe the floral decor in the Hall of Mirrors - stunning, unbelievable and magical. Even the staff at the Hilton said the room had never looked as beautiful as that night.

We used Robin Wood Flowers for our daughter's wedding in October. We had an outstanding experience working with Sadie and her team from beginning to end. Sadie listened to our ideas and helped us bring our vision to life flawlessly. The flowers, both for the outdoor ceremony and the indoor reception, were gorgeous. The bridal table, a long feast table for the entire bridal party, was magical. The team who installed the flowers was also wonderful.
